Very good doc

Dr Pancko extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth under conscious sedation. I went home with mild discomfort. I needed a couple of follow up appointments which were made in a timely manner. Dr Pancko answered my questions and I never felt rushed through an appointment. I actually saw Dr. Pancko in all three offices and the staff was great in all three. He is very formal in his interactions but that could be the result of his military training (his formality didn’t bother me, I grew up in a military family). I am also a retired RN (a fact I no longer share with my healthcare providers) so I may look at healthcare a little differently than most. In closing I do highly recommend Dr. Pancko and his staff.

Dr. Pancko's staff at the Rehobeth Beach office are not well organized. I had to wait a month to get an appointment for an oral evaluation by Dr. Pancko. I called his office 6 weeks after my evaluation because I had not received anything from his office. My paperwork had not been submitted yet to my insurance but was prompted from my phone call. You have to keep on top ot the staff here to get your paperwork processed, which is unpleasant. I was told that I could not be seen at this office when I complained to the office manager.

Dr. Panko is a caring dentist whom is very thorough and patient. I went to his practice as he was referred by my son's orthodontist for an extraction and tooth exposures. Never again. I got a pre-determination of benefits and paid $992 out of pocket. There is one particular girl (whom I have seen other negative reviews about) who was very rude and snotty while collecting my payment. Being I am probably old enough to be this girls mother, I had to resist the urge to slap her into next week. The procedure was fine. Two month's later I get another bill for $200 more dollars with "PAST DUE" in big red letters. This was the first itemization I got for the services. These people charge $195 per 15 minutes of sedation! They charged me $140 for a "limited evaluation". What does that even mean when we had a consultation? All in all I was charged $2600 for a 35 minute surgery. Come to find out they did not file the claim correctly and Ms. rude has yet to do her job to fix this two months later.

the cleanest, nicest most well staffed oral surgeon I have ever been to.I wish I would have found him sooner. My old oral surgeon helped me and the price was good and he was easily available , however I think the real value of Dr. Pancko and his office are really great . I hate going to the dentist or oral surgeon, Dr. Pancko wasnt so bad . I had to be sedated because of other health problems and Dr Pancko even had a really tall strong clean man there to help me to my ride home.

I was terrified after googling tooth extractions. I had two wisom teeth removed and was in and out in no time at all. There was little to no pain. Also very reasonable rates for someone uninsured like me. Amazing Doctor! Would strongly recommend.
