This doctor is 81 years old and needs to retire. I caught him falsifying my test results, deleting notes from his technician and replacing them with false information. I am working hard to figure out how to handle this legally.

Dr Boulware was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt at ease during my neurological testing for carpal tunnel. I also felt confident in his findings as reported to my orthopedic surgeon.
