Despite the reviews, my experience with Dr. Dattel was great and zero complaints. Patient tip, come to appointments prepared with your concerns and questions. His time is just a valuable as yours.

How can you call someone and not introducing yourself and ask for my SSN? How can you be a doctor without listening to the patients ailments and complaints first? How can you simply say not recommended and hung up? Unacceptable behavior.

I went through Dr Dattel to get my medical card for migraines that I have tired everything for. I didn’t want to continue using Norco for them. Dr Dattel called (even earlier than our appt time!) promptly, listened to my concerns for my migraines and had my paperwork finished for me to receive my card the same day. I would rate 10/10 if I could!

Dr. Dattel was the worst doctor I’ve ever experienced . I used telehealth services and to start the phone call off he answered with hello and nothing else. I had to ask him who i was speaking to. He didn’t get any information from me bedsides my fever and prescribed me something and was off the phone in a minute. The next day over 12 hours later my prescription was finally sent to the pharmacy. I checked when it was ready and it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I have something that could turn very serious and he didn’t give me any signs to look out for. Overall terrible experience.

I had a Telehealth meeting with Dr. Dattel for medical marijuana usage. He is a disgrace to the medical field. Dattel was rude and seemed like he had better things to do than, you know, his JOB. On the form he signed, it states that I was educated about the risks and benefits of medical marijuana. That never happened. My "appointment" with Mr. Dattel was about two minutes. I don't mind that it was so short because I'm educated on medical marijuana and have friends who already have med cards. It's just so disgusting and unethical that this man would lie and say he's been informing patients when he doesn't! I was applying for multiple reasons: chronic pain & depression/anxiety. When I began explaining this to him, he cut me off mid sentence, told me to erase my mental health issues from the form and just include my back pain. He's not a nice guy and a worse doctor. I would recommend keeping your children away. If you're looking for a med card, this money hungry dud isn't the way to go.

Dr. Dattel is listed as a pediatrician which I find interesting since it is his signature and license number on a medical marijuana card my minor child received in the mail today. This physician is a disgrace to the profession and I would not trust him with any child's health. He obviously did not care about my child as he allowed him to have a card with a fictitious "primary caregiver". He has a license in every state that allows marijuana so he can make money through Leafwell. He isn't a medical professional - he is a money-hungry drug dealer.

Worst Dr I’ve ever experienced. A less than 2 minute long appointment, no info given, no promised follow through with releasing a letter promised 3 times, even when telehealth company was told “within 2 hours. So unprofessional. Do not give this man your time or money. I followed up with the telehealth company and it turns out he has received several complaints from many different patients regarding lack of care and follow through. That’s disgusting.

We had Dr Dattel for a TeleHealth visit. It was a video call, yet he held the phone to his ear the entire time, and never once looked at the wound that we tried to show him. He was disinterested, and in a huge hurry to get off the call, even though we paid for a 15 minute consult. He offered a diagnosis and treatment plan without looking at the patient, or even fully listening to what we were saying. I would never recommend this Dr. I feel his actions border on malpractice.

Had a video appt. with Dr. Dattel. Without asking me any questions about my history or personal life told me I should work out if I wanted to sleep bettter. Did not ask me if I currently exercise or what I do to keep active. I have 6 children and 5 of them are under 5 years old. He also told me to take melatonin which I already do. I just find that talking to a patient for 20 seconds and not asking them any questions doesn’t exactly equal a great bedside manner. I suffer from anxiety and depression and this is not the type of doctor I would want anyone to see. Very rude Dr. Dattel. I’m sorry, but you could have at least asked me a few questions.

I have been taking my daughter to this office due to my insurance. We have never had an on time appointment. Today, we had an appointment for 2:15pm, and arrived at 2:04pm. We waited in the waiting room until 3:10 pm, then were escorted to an exam room where a young male wanna be student doctor did not let me complete my sentence about the long wait time. We waited a bit longer, Dr Dattel finally came into the room at 3:30pm (remember this was a 2:15 appt) and completed the exam in 5 minutes. We like Dr Dattel, but will be looking for another physician.

Requires 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment for no charge, but cancelled an appointment on me with 15 minutes notice. Very unprofessional!

Horrible experience. Was told that child was still covered under state insurance. Was billed later full full amount. Called multiple time to change charges to non-insurance rates and pay bill. Was never called back until debt collecter called. Would not recommend, horrible customers service and staff.

Been Coming here for 10 yrs always a pleasure he is a great Doctor and has great staff , And I will continue to come here

Dr. Dattel is absolutely amazing! And his crew is great! I have been taking my kids here for 8 years , and I couldn't ask for better! Shanna is also our lifesaver, she always goes over and beyond for my boys! Very much appreciated!

Very Rude office staff! My oldest is 22 and my youngest is 9. I have 3 kids and a grandchild that have used Dr. Dattel since birth and have never had any issues until my grandson started going here about 2 years ago when I noticed the office has severely declined! . Needless to say, we are ALL changing Doctors. Michelle is the scheduler with a VERY snippy, sassy, nasty attitude. Her office supervisor Shawna has the EXACT same nasty attitude as her staff! Dr Frederick Scott Dattel was careless, disinterested, indifferent when I explained my medical history. He did not care less to attend to me as a patient. He did not care what my concerns are but rather more interested in protecting his own liability. My subsequent visits with other physicians concluded and confirmed that Dr Frederick Scott Dattel was a extremely incapable and incompetent doctor to respond to asthmatic patient. I should have heeded advises and reviews from his past patients.

Kept newborn waiting at 2 day old checkup appointment for over 1.5 hours. They "forgot" about them. Complete disregard for parents concerns, did not address jaundice concerns, horrible experience. Bilirubin levels have since doubled and they never even checked. Obviously we found another practice with much more detail oriented providers.
