This is a GREAT doctor. He is making medicine great again. Hes really smart, he loves what he is doing, and he wants to help in any way he can. He speaks plainly and explains thoroughly. Extremely professional and not sterile or unapproachable about anything. Nice practice, nice people working there, not a big hospital factory type environment. If you go there you will feel like you have a friend in the business... as if he has known you a lifetime. You rarely meet doctors like him anymore...Give him a try you wont go anywhere else. My Gastro just retired, I thought Id never find another doctor like him, but I have with Dr. Gandolfo. I know I am in good hands.

Dr. Gandolfo is extremely caring and empathetic. He spoke with me at length about my concerns and really listened. He performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy. His staff also gets five stars.

Being a new patient I was very surprised to get an appt. within the week. I chose Dr. G off the internet. I was looking for a new Gastro Dr. I read his bio and was impressed he grew up on L.I.. When I called I didn't expect to get an appt. right away. Very pleasant staff. I explained what was going on with me the Dr. listened to my concerns. He left it up to me to what test can be done. No pressure which I loved. I was relaxed and confident. I will be recommending his to my family and friends.

Dr. Gandolfo is a competent physician. He is knowledgeable and caring. Truly shows a genuine passionate care towards his patients and the practice of medicine.

Dr. Gandalfo is a great doctor. I have seen a few gastroenterologists over the years and I have left them because they had me on meds that made me feel sick, didn't listen to me, etc. I was so happy to find Dr. Gandalfo. I was having bad GI symptoms since the end of November. I was sent to a doctor with the Mount Sinai Group ( won’t mention names but the appointment was a total waste of my time ). Took me in. Asked a bunch of questions and sent me on my way to have a colonoscopy at the end of MARCH! Mind you I was symptomatic and losing weight since November. I called Dr Gandolfos office and they were amazing. Was in to see him within a week and had my colonoscopy done 5 days later. Not 3 MONTHS! 5 days. His entire office is kind, respectful, happy and beyond professional. Dr Gandolfo has such a kind bedside manner and is so efficient. If you’re in need of a great GI doctor don’t look any further. He’s the one! I’ll always be thankful for his care.
