This doctor's office is a nightmare. Please do not use this practice. We have had the absolute worst experience with them - during and after our visit. During our visit, my then 2 month old was fussy and non-cooperative... I mean, she was 2 months old. The staff would not allow me to feed her, which only made things worse. Once the doctor finally made it to the room, she was clearly annoyed that my baby was fussy. She again would not allow me to feed her for comfort and when she was too fussy for the ultrasound - the doctor left goop all over my baby and literally just walked out of the room dismissively saying - "we will try when she calms down". It was unbelievable. I ended up leaving with a screaming baby, crying myself. I had no idea what services were performed to completion and besides the ultrasound, what services were still needed. Fast forward a few weeks... we received a bill from the doctors office for almost $500! It was all code. No breakdown. No descriptio

If you don't want to read my entire review all you need to know is that if you can go somewhere else go ahead and save yourself a headache and go to another clinic. This has been the worse customer service issue I have ever had with a clinic. They failed to submit Pre-authorization with my insurance company for one of the test that was scheduled weeks in advance. My insurance company denied to pay for the 1 test but paid the rest of the bill/visit. The clinic failed to notify me of this matter. 2 years later they send me a bill for the 1 test that my insurance company declined to pay for the bill was $556.16. They had the audacity to tell me they are giving me a self pay discount and I owe them $356.16 due immediately and all of this 2 years later after the visit. Like are you serious? Who does that? I asked that since it was the clinic's mistake for not submitting the Pre-authorization and notifying me 2 years later that if they would just write off the charge.
