Awful Experience
This was the worst doctor experience I’ve EVER had. This was our first meeting. I drove 4 hours from Savannah to see her. She started out telling me she was not supposed to even be there because she NEVER works Friday clinics. She only halfway pulled her mask down, and I never saw her face. She was flippant, cold and apparently very irritated. She kept asking me the same questions over and over and got very rude when I could not answer them fully. My BP was 176.115 and she made no comment nor asked for it to be checked again before I left. She contradicted the other doctors on my care team from that same clinic and basically told me I needed no treatment. This is after I had defibrillator implanted 2 weeks ago. To her, this was unnecessary but nice to have!! I don’t trust her decisions, I feel disrespected and that my time was wasted. Says she takes Telehealth appts but offered me none knowing how far I’m coming from and it’s difficult for me to travel. So much more.

Not thorough
I was referred to her department by my pcp. I had an mri done and she just told me she didn’t see what she was looking for but I had something else come up on the mri and she never mentioned anything because she thought it was nothing. Come to find out it was something that requires further investigation. Do not trust these doctors and read all of your results. I’m appalled by the lack of care this doctor provided.

My experience with Dr. Ayele seems to be a fairly standard experience across most doctors these days it would seem. She's very knowledgeable which is generally a great thing, but it's almost as if the knowledge blinds her into any additional possibilities. For example a test she presented as definite proof of something when researched is shown to only test positive for about 30% of people with that issue. The internet is abound with people that are late diagnosed - often waiting decades - because their basic blood work was 'fine'. I've even heard several doctors discuss this issue. Just because it's rare or atypical doesn't make it impossible and doesn't negate that someone might have issues that need to be dug into further.

I leave disappointed every time I see this provider. She doesn't seem like the cares for her patients and makes you feel like you're wasting her time. Her demeanor is very intimidating and she never shows a smile.

This provider is a disappointment. She is careless with your care and is not concern with treatments that clearly don't work for each patient. She never has a kind gesture and is always frowning.
