Rudest Most unprofessional staff in all of downriver! Called to get paperwork (like Dr. promised staff would do) they just told me they do not write 'A note for me to skip work anytime I want" which is NOT what I was looking for if the rude receptionist or somebody over there would listen. I need proof saying he was in his care and hospitalized--that is IT! they told me "Do NOT call here anymore!" you'd think with your family member being terminally ill they'd have a little more compassion-Nope.
