Dr. Fuzhan Parhizgar, MD

What a terrible doctor, if you can even call her one. She doesn’t listen to her patients. She’s very dramatic and dishonest. She completely lied in the details in my referral and visit. Stay away from this terrible person.

I started seeing Dr. Parhizgar when my primary moved out of state. She was recommended by people in the medical field. She is a hospitalist by training. That is a great specialty because she has experience with many physicians across specialties such as nephrology, pulmonology, podiatry, cardiology, etc.So, if she provides a referral, it will likely be to a good physician. This is because has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly within that specialty during her work in various hospitals. I also like that she has experience working in other states.She listens well. She explains things in a simple manner. And she's attentive in her notes and follow up. I have been impressed thus far.

Shes a great doctor. She really put me at ease and took the time to explain things to me. So friendly.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. She completely lied on the medical record. The only thing she got right was my name. She not only lied about the number of times we met, but completely fabricated the nature of conversations that never happened. She lied about the treatments I was given and stated that I was given several treatments and medications that I was not. She got the dosage of my daily medications wrong and refused to give me one of them entirely. I was not able to begin my medication again until I was discharged from the hospital and returned home. She prescribed morphine and I declined it yet, she accused me of being on drugs and told all the nurses the same. She immediately discharged me when my drug test came back completely negative, out of sheer humiliation, I am sure. I would never recommend anyone see this woman. She is clearly in the wrong profession. I have filed a grievance with the hospital and the Office of the Governor.
