I’ve never had an experience like this with a physician! His nurse asked what medications I was taking. I told her the medications and mentioned that I was also on my last day of an antibiotic.She said she wouldn’t put that in her computer since it was the end of treatment.Dr Fitton walked in and did an average exam.He wasn’t remarkable in any way - it was a basic exam.He’s close to home, we moved to the lake.I needed a primary care doctor. Not an eventful visit. He finished the appointment with me and opened the door to ask the nurse why my medications were not all in the computer. (I take 4 total) The nurse then said I wasn’t clear. Blame the patient? I thought maybe he would be upset with her? He turned to me and said “go ahead. Get out of here.”Exact words! I said “are you upset with me?” He said “no.” & made reference to a busy day. With that a lady in the back laughed loudly and said “yeah!” I couldn’t believe the lack of care - no finesse! Weird! He’s awful - just a jerk!

I've been seeing Dr. Fitton for about three years now. He's a nice guy who isn't going to treat you like a number. You might have to advocate for yourself as medicine has changed, but I think Dr. Fitton is a good primary care physician
