Dr. Gabriel Hester, MD

DOCTORS HAVE MADE ME LOSE HOPE ON LIFE WITH MY CRITICAL ILLNESSES. DR. HESTER RELIEVED ME OF THESE ANXIETIES, AND HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL TAKE CARE OF ONE THING AT A TIME IN THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY THAT WILL NOT HARM ME. I PLAN ON KEEPING HIM AS MY PCP FOR LIFE.

Dr. Hester's office contacted me and asked if I was willing to participate in a study on allergies. I agreed then was billed for his "study" $1400- Ins. write off brought this to $400- When I disputed this as a solicited study Dr. Hester refused to discuss at all and said this amount was correct and due. He turned me over for collections instead of discussing this, and then sent me a letter stating he would no longer see me as a patient. I will be contacting owner of practice and the AMA.

Chose to switch to a "new" physician, in with Dr. Wynne, who gets more than excellent reviews from many people. Dr. Hester dropped the ball, and I will never go back to him. He refuses to fill out "prior authorization" required when I transferred all my medication refills to him. Medications I have been taking for over 10 years, & my insurance company won't refill unless he fills out a simple form. Incompetent nurse, RUDE MD, I can't emphasize that enough. True colors came out. HORRIBLE!!!

Dr. Hester listened well and explained things clearly. I have been seeing Dr. Hester for a year and all visits have been quick and painless. All appointments I made, I was seen within two days.

I have visited Dr. Hester several times in the past year regarding a health condition that could have been very terrifying but Dr. Hester immediately put me at ease. Dr. Hester was very patient with with all of my questions, thoroughly answered and explained my symptoms related to my diagnosis, and was also very caring and concerned about my overall well being. He took his time with me and made sure I understood everything he explained to me. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful Dr.

My wife and I both had our first appointment with Dr Hester this week. We are relatively new to the area and have been looking for a doctor for over two years. I think we have finally found one!!! Dr Hester takes time to talk to you explain things to you and shows a genuine concern for whatever your problem may be. Very pleased with him and his staff all are over the top professional and a plus to the health profession.

Unreal how good this guy is. He went above and beyond for me and my wife. These people with lab issues don't understand it is their insurance. Summit Internal doesn't even have their own lab. People just come on here to complain. Hester spent 30 mins with me to explain everything he was doing and why. I send all my friends to Summit.

I had a visit in Dec for simple bloodwork. Received a bill for $575 from Lab Corp. I had a BCBS bronze plan, and the Summit Internal Medicine didn't send the blood sample to an independent lab. I've been trying to get the bill adjusted but they are dodging responsibilities.

Wonderful. Dr. Hester takes his time, listens to concerns, very through with his examination, treatment and diagnosis. He is extremely kind, easily accessible and returns phone calls. Each visit has been equally consistent and very pleasant. I especially like that his office is fully equipped with a lab and X-ray and Dr. Hester can perform a range of medical procedures in his office. Dr. Hester also takes care of my family and we highly recommend him.
