Once she dials in the meds, any side effects aren’t her concern and she won’t listen or entertain making changes to mitigate issues

I booked my appointment over a week in advance. I was emailed, called, and text messaged every day to remind me to fill out my patient forms, although I had plenty of time to do them before the appointment. When I fill them out as instructed, i get an email stating that they did not receive my medical card and ID photos. I submitted the ID card photo on the intake forms, but i sent them again. According to THEIR OWN intake forms, a photo of my ID is optional. I asked why they now needed a picture of my ID. I had to ask 3 times and speak to 2 different people asking why now they are requiring it when they stated their own forms say optional. They stated it was for my safety. Huh? They gave me no option but to send them a copy of my ID, again although it was listed as optional. They then canceled my appointment after i stated i wouldn't send it without a better explanation. I just kept getting told they needed it. This office is a mess and they need to understand their own forms.

Seriously bad - they don't care at all about their patients, just about their billing. Wouldn't accept my diagnosis report from the expert psychologist that provided it because Dr. Khurana didn't like the FORMAT of it. But she offered to redo the testing for me, of course, if I wanted to pay for it again. Wasn't caring at all during the visit - seriously kept asking me for things that felt like she was just out to get more money. No, thank you. There are much better options out there - I wish I'd been more diligent in reading her reviews before i signed up.

It was the best care, listening and friendly inviroment from receptionist to the doctor. She’s excellent in care

Dr. Khurana's office refused to follow routine procedures for transferring prescriptions and informed my new pharmacist that I had to call their office directly, but that their office was closing for the weekend (there was a several hour period where this could have been easily resolved). This particular prescription has significant withdrawal effects that I feel within about 36 hours. My new pharmacist was so upset with them he told me he thought her office was being medically and ethically irresponsible, and it was his professional opinion that I look for a new psychiatrist immediately. This level of apathy towards patients who need highly specialized medications is pretty appalling. See someone else.

Although Dr. Khurana frequently runs late, she takes her time to talk to each patient about what's really going on. She takes a much more holistic approach to self care than what I am used to seeing in psychiatrists and doesn't just want to throw meds at you.

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 but when I arrived, the receptionist said there would be a wait. First, she told me to wait 1 hour, which turned into 2 hours, and finally took 4 hours. When I finally did meet Dr. Khurana, I was made to feel guilty because she stayed late to fill in my confirmed appointment. Even had the nerve to say she was "accommodating" me. She didn't listen to my problems or requests effectively at all either.
