Dr. Gail Corrado, MD

Late to all appointments I've had, 30 mins to an hour every time, is constantly rescheduling. Condescending, no empathy and compassion for patients. Uses outdated pharmacology practices and information in appointments, rushes you, belittles. She's ableist as well and will judge you if you're disabled regardless of age. Treats mental health is something a simple as 'just don't be sick, don't think about it'. Wity my type of trauma and physical health conditions she always found a way to make me feel bad about it, she isn't thorough and will made me feel like 'you're just not trying 'hard enough' ' even when you are or are pouring your heart out to her. Very unprofessional, put me on a revolving door of meds without listening to me. Only gave one month when meds can take longer to work. Doesn't listen if you've taken something before and it didn't make you feel good either.

Never on time for appointments, and frequently reschedules or cancels appointments. She lacks professionalism and belittles her patients.

Reschedules appointments frequently, however that has improved lately. Professionalism is lacking. Doesn't even try to get to know you.

Probably the best Creative Health had/has to offer, so it's fine I guess. Rather disconnected and aloof, if not a little condescending, but that seems to be par for the course with psychiatrists and particularly those who work in community healthcare. Don't expect her to make eye contact with you, care about your problems or ask questions that a normal human would ask. She does seem to have knowledge of pharmacology, if a bit outdated.

I love Dr Corrado. She’s the best psychiatrist in the area that I have met with in years.
