I was in good health and visited Dr. Kostandy for a check-up. I hadn't been to the doctor for a while, so before every procedure I asked if it was usually covered by insurance for check-up. I ended up with multiple bills totaling FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS! Aside from procedures that weren't covered, Quest Diagnostics said that Kostandy's office billed the visit incorrectly, not as checkup. Reached out to Kostandy's office several times, and emailed Doctor but got no response.

I have never seen a doctor treat anyone as poorly as the his person. My niece was admitted into the Methodist Hospital over a week ago, he is the doctor assigned to her. He refuses to acknowledge that she truly has anything wrong with her. She has a feeding tube implanted in her stomach. And when asked to see a GI doctor she was told she wasn't admitted to the hospital for a GI condition and cannot see one. When she requested another doctor, he said that she was stuck with him
