Dr. Ganapathy Ramanathan, MD

Provider rushed through the appointment and didn’t really listen to me. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously because of my age. He ordered a 2 week heart monitor and never called back to discuss results. They said it would take a week and it’s been a month. No word. But they can still bill me for the monitor that I have no idea what happened with.

Provider is very knowledgeable and need him to inform me in common English for me to understand

This was my initial visit with Dr. Ram. I liked his attention to my issue even if it seems minor. I also enjoyed our conversation, his genuine interest,and the time he took to become acquainted with this old lady.

The facility is beautiful. The second floor is sunlit and expansively tall. A really nice place to wait for the doctor.

I first met Dr Ramanathan in 2005 when I was experiencing a severe heart problem. I had a successful triple by-pass. I am very satisfied with the great care I have received since then!

Very first appointment with the very kind and thorough Dr R. Could not have ask for a better doctor to care for my heart.

Dr Ramanathan is fine. However, his office is severely understaffed. This was my 2nd attempt at seeing him for a check-up. On the 1st appointment, I left after waiting an hour and then being told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before I was seen. On the 2nd attempt, I waited 30 minutes and the receptionist came out and said I should be going back in soon. After another 30 minutes, the nurse called a gentleman back that arrived after me. She asked who we were waiting on and she then said that I was not on her list. The nurse took me back shortly afterwards and placed me ahead of the later gentleman. She tried her best to make up for the fact that I had somehow been missed, but the fact is that one nurse CANNOT manage all patients for a doctor. Please hire additional personnel or I will be looking for a new cardiologist which I really do not want to do as I am completely satisfied with Dr Ramanathan's service. In addition, someone needs to review your computer programming to make sure that patients do not continue to drop off of patient list.
