Love the doctor but his front staff are very rude

Spouse could not rise from a prone position to a sitting position -to be able to stand and walk - without holding onto the door facingand walls for support. We were told - 'could not see anything to recommend doing.'Come back in 90 days - so we can review your conditions again.Drove to an interventional cardiologist - who witnessed that spouse could not even get up off the examination table - without assistance.That interventionalist - laid his hand on my wife's back - and told her -'I know what is wrong with your heart - and I can fix you.What is keeping us from going forward.'I witnessed this person lay his hand and speak.We had asked for Ganesh's office to send the Stress Test results -That we drove to his office - asking to have - in Feb 2021.They still have not arrived. We stopped waiting for his assistance.March 2021 - Spouse had installed a new mechanical aorta valve.Hd we waited on Ganesh to identify a leaking heart valve & replacement ... more issues

On my first visit Dr Ganesh immediately found a problem with my heart rhythm. He had his nurse drive me to the hospital in my car and got me in ASAP. After stopping my heart 3 times and others medications, I was sent to Huntington for an ablation. My heart has been in rhythm correctly since that time. Dr Ganesh was great ! I’ve had to move. I regret that I cannot continue with him as my doctor.
