Dr. Emerzian performed my foot surgery on December 23, 2021 at Condell hospital. My experience at Condell was negative – from a surgical nurse who could not set-up an IV to being overdosed on Albuterol by the Anesthesiologist. A week later when I saw Dr. Emerzian, he said I had developed an infection, I asked him if the infection would heal and his response was “we can hope” & he sent me home. He called me the next morning, New Years’ Eve, to tell me that I needed to go to the ER, he recommended that I go to Condell . I spent 5 hours at Northwestern ER. The results of the cultures taken in the ER showed I had two different types of infection in my foot. The ER doctor noted “patient concerned about infection”. I also had significant swelling in my leg which ended up ‘weeping’ which was seen by Dr. Emerzian. This required, yet another, trip to the ER for an ultrasound to rule out a DVT. The attending nurse asked if my foot surgeon recommended elevating my leg & I told her that no my foo

Run (if you are able) -don't walk - to see this absolutely fabulous foot doctor! Dr. Emerzian is a delight with a wonderful bedside manner that is so hard to find nowadays! Not that I want any more foot issues but if that happens he will definitely be my go-to foot doctor and surgeon! Thank you Dr. Emerzian for taking care of me and fixing me "just like new" and look forward to my next visit - Sandy Brown

After being referred to him by my trusted PCP, Dr. Emerzian addressed foot issues in both feet. He laid out the treatment plan and options if Round 1 treatment didn't work. Round 1 worked on one foot and surgery was required on the other foot. Dr. Emerzian and his staff were highly responsive to my need to schedule quickly within my schedule limitations and HMO insurance challenges. All were taken care of and my recovery has been excellent. I have had an excellent medical experience with Dr. Emerzian. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Emerzian for foot health issues. My son was visiting another doctor for his complex foot issue and it only got worse over 5 months. We then sought a second opinion from Dr. Emerzian and he discovered the root cause of the issue right away. After implementing his recommendations, my son is now almost fully healed after only 2 weeks. I have rarely seen such an effective doctor.

STORE AWAY FROM DOCTOR EMERZIAN!!!! He diagnosed a broken foot, although it was not just twisted (diagnosis of another doctor). He sent me a $ 247 bill for an office visit, an x-ray of $ 93, and an surgery that NEVER WORKED for $ 1,838 He ignores a certified letter from me, claiming that it was the cost of consultation and instructions. He doesn't want to change my bill and his office won't explain to me where the $1838 came from.

Scheduled an appt w/ Dr. Emerzian to treat my 10 year old's flat feet issue, during the first visit, he took x-rays and established my son has very flat feet. I asked him that we are here for custom made insoles to help my son with physical activities. He made some insoles out of a foam and sticky bandage, and asked us to come back in 2 weeks. On the second appt, he didn't explain anything, gave us generic arch support insoles, and told us to come back again in 2 weeks. On the third appt, I insisted on getting the insoles, but he doesn't even listen to you, he just asked my son to wear the arch support for one week, and not wear them the second week, and come back to see him again. They didn't make any difference and made it hard for him to wear his shoes. My surprise and frustration came when I received a bill for $50 (insurance already paid $50) for those generic insoles that we didn't even ask for and no one told us that we will be charged for them.Never gave a plan of action to us

I had to walk out. Waited 3 1/2 hours and never got an answer to what is wrong. Had 3T imaging do an ultrasound the week before. Somehow LB&J had a rough time getting a copy emailed or faxed. Here’s a big tip, walk down the stairs and go get it. 3T imaging and LB&J are in the SAME building! Between drive time and waiting, I wasted 4 hours of MY day. I personally work for a doctors office. I know things get nuts. But opening and slamming my exam room door without speaking a word to me. Hell no.

He makes you wait a long time to see him; and, then hardly spend any time with you. Also he overcharges you for products that you need and is not listed on your insurance.
