Shockingly rude. The worst service I've ever received from any primary care provider (I've had to see my share of doctors over the last 40+ years). The woman who works the front desk should really not be in a job that is customer-facing in any way - she is the most impolite and curt person I've come across in a while. I'm surprised there are patients that continue to come here.
