Dr. Garrick Kwok, MD

Mike is the gentleman that answers all the messages for Dr. Kwok. Usually after hours. Mike is so KNOWLEDGEABLE of what he does, he is very well mannered, always polite, knows his medical stuff, and answers ALL the questions me and the patients have. I have called in and left a message and he has called me back ASAP. Mike has relieved my worries, and helped me tremendously! He calms my fears with what I am worried about when I am unable to get in touch with Dr. Kwok. Mike makes sure to get a message to Dr. Kwok right away. He is serious about what he does and is so compassionate about all of us patients, and has an amazing personality, and I can tell her loves what he does which is helping people and coming up with a solution! It is not just because of DR. KWOK, but his staff, MIKE, AND CALVIN that I keep coming back and will NEVER God anywhere else! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for ALL of your help and EVERYTHING you do for me! May GOD richly BLESS each of your lives!!

I was refused service, due to late arrival, in spite of the fact I called twice to advise and was told I would be fine. I had arrived early, but at the wrong location and had to get through major traffic delays due to road construction near the correct location. I painfully made it to the office only to be told that Kwok could not see me. I returned for another appointment the next day only to be kept waiting for nearly 2 hours to see the doctor. Will not return and am going to Resurgens.

Today I'm very unhappy! I called Dr. Kwok's office before the 16th and requested an appointment to have an epidural procedure done. Dr. Kwok and I had discussed moving this direction if/when I decided to no loner take the meds. I have gotten a run around regarding the appointment which was supposed to be tomorrow. Today I was told Dr. Kwok chose not to do the procedure. One would think the doctor would call the patient to discuss the matter. No word from the doctor or the office. ??

Doctor Kwok is very kind and truly cares about his patients. I love that he doesn't just hand me prescriptions but always spends time asking how well my medications are working. I also love that he's thorough and welcomes questions. He takes time with each patient so I don't just feel like a number but a person whose feeling matter.

I have had pain in my neck that went down my arm and Dr Kwok was able to make it stop. He is very focused in helping you get better and has a wonderful disposition.
