So sad to hear Dr. Taylor is going to retire. I have depended on his care for many years. I’m 76 and still in great health due to excellent care.

Dr. Taylor discussed my history, meds, exercise regimen and advised to keep doing what I'm doing as test results look good.

He was not receptive to the idea of lowering my meds, or even giving me a goal to shoot for so my meds could be reduced in the future. He does not believe Heart disease can be reduced even though St Vincent's has a program called the Ornish program which is designed to do just that. He wanted to increase some of my meds with out any tests or further blood work being performed, even though this was my first visit with him.
