Dr. Carl removed my kidney stones without incident. But it took a while to get in to see him and I was in distress. His staff does not answer the phone and do not return calls. During my last appointment they left me alone in the examination room for an hour and when I finally came out to see what was up he was gone to lunch. The PA saw me but I decided not to follow up. This is part of a larger problem in the Olean, NY, which has in general poor health care and where it can take months to see specialists. Who says we don't have health care rationing?

I was very ill with a large kidney stone and was assigned Dr. Carl through OGH emergency. He provided very good care even to the extent of squeezing in my procedure prior to leaving on vacation. I found his office staff very attentive and caring. His office appointments seemed well spaced as the wait times I have experienced were not excessive at all. I find him to be a caring and professional physician.

Dr carl is a complete quack most useless dr ever. Dr carl also does not care about your time considering you will be waiting in the exam room for at least 40 minutes to have him send you to someone else save your money and time and find a real doctor
