Never again. Charged 240.00 for antiseptic bandages to treat a cut that he caused. Charged medicare 442.00 for two visits to get toenails cut. If you plan on seeing Dr Gallagher make sure you know in advance the prices he charges.

I share other patients reviews of this doctor relative to billing. I received a hand written invoice 2- years after my visit. When I tried to determine the validity of the invoice the doctor immediately turned it over to a collection agency who starting sending me letters every week. After I researched this further I found where my insurance carrier paid over $700 for my 15-minute office exam. The doctor still wanted $53 from me (2yrs later) -!! Much better choices out there.

My child's surgery was BOTCHED and the ingrown toenail grew back! They weren't even willing to take responsibility for screwing that up. I requested a time to come in to show how the surgery didn't work but was told they couldn't reserve an appt without charging for another office visit. Now I'm trying AGAIN to have BCBS deal with them to figure out what I really owe them, and Melissa in the office won't go on a recorded line with them to straighten this out. She is dodging their calls.
