Complacent attitude
Left office after 1 hour. He called me and apologized after I wasted morning for appointment.assistant did not weigh or take blood pressure before a doctor sees patient which is normal protocol.

He has very little time and patience for people with low pain tolerance. His staff is great but he needs Jesus. I keep going there because my insurance has great rates with them as opposed to the medical centers around. The price differences are about half so that’s a lot of money. My mri cost me $650 at MD and $1200 at my medical center. So what I’m saying is…if you can afford another place, do it. This doctor is too important to care about trivial things like bed manners.

Pompous, egotistical, rude and incompetent. Clerical staff is a joke. The only thing good about this practice is that the clinical staff (minus Dr. Grossman) is wonderful. Pay the extra copay and go somewhere else.

Had a CT scan on 2/1/2017. His impression was Peritoneal Lymphomatosis. Instead it was Peritoneal Lipomatosis. Went back to MD Imaging, was told it would be reread and an addendum issued on 2/6/2017 and a copy would be mailed to me. No mail and no return of multiple phone calls. How can a doctor issue a report diagnosing me with a rare form of lymphoma and not care?

I would not return to this facility under any circumstances. They documented the wrong area, despite my telling them quite clearly that they were in the wrong spot. The waiting room was small, dingy and overcrowded. They were unfriendly. The tech was very young. I never saw and wasn't able to speak with a radiologist. Worst radiology exowrience I've had.
