Bad dentist, took forever to get dentures, could not wear finished product.

I made an appt with an ‘In Network’ periodontist who recommended a procedure (a deep cleaning) for which I later found I’m covered 50%. Rather than them filing a claim, then billing me, they demand hundreds upfront yet said if monies are owed, it will be determined through my insurance company. Once I pay, they make an Out of Network DDS do the procedure. They file 2 claims, both In and Out of Network, asking for 10 times more than what I was covered. I explaining the error but did nothing to resolve the issue. Insurance company overturned the Out of Network claim and awarded us both monies, payment sent to them. They tell the insurance company they agree to remit my monies once they cash check. They cash the check and refuse to pay me. Please make sure you check your insurance benefits and your statements from insurance claims so that you don’t get ripped off.

Dr H is first rate! He was able to successfully evaluate my conditions and his hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning of my life. She hit every nook and cranny and of course put the cherry on the pudding with the fluoride treatment. I was treated very polite, warm and friendly by everyone there. This might be the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He also cares about veterans and makes sure we are taken care of.

i was scared to do my molar root canal because i have such such sensitive teeth. he was amazing i didnt feel nothing but pressure. defenitely gonna keep coming back here.

I had always pass by the office, never had the time until my last week in NYC. I walked in expecting a consulatation and walked out with my chip front tooth fixed! Dr. Herskovits was quick with consultation and knew what I needed. He made it so smooth and comfortable. I would recommend.

met Doctor Herskovits 8 years ago when he was kind to accept my brother as an emergency on a sunday ! i will never forget his kindness . a few years later, he saved my front tooth with an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment . God bless you!

i was having a hard time finding a dentist that could perform the beginning stage of my root canal. i called last minute and the young lady who answered the phone was very nice and professional. they were able to see me the same day within an hour of my call. i was very nervous at first but dr herskovits made my experience pain free. he is very kind and gentle. i did not feel a thing. i will def be recommending him to my friends and family!

I had tooth pain in the upper right corner of my mouth. I was told I needed a root canal but rather than waiting the 2 weeks for the next available root canal appointment Dr. Herskovits had me in that week to put a temporary filling in to relieve my pain. He was very gentle when dealing with my pain and I had a completly painless experience in his chair. I would highly recommend a visit

my experience with Dr. H was awesone i was able to smile again after 7 years i was also battling with severe hallatosis and after a few weeks of treatment im able to speak up infront of family and friends. will definately recommend and come back to visit the staff were amazing and and very helpful location is ideal with lots of parking

From the time i entered the door, until my final visit , Dr. H and his staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I've avoided the dentist for way to long which lead to some dental issues that needed to be addressed, The team here helped ease my fear, and explained the procedures every step of the way.
