not professional in handling of conditions
I had various psychiatric conditions, but I did not feel that Dr. Hoggan was professional in handling these concerns. I do not recommend this doctor to my friends/family.

A rare expert in the field of psychiatry
Dr. Hoggan has an innate ability to bridge the gap between Western/Eastern practices. His exceptional knowledge of the most widely-considered Western-based practices/ medications coupled with his acceptance/reverence for the well-documented benefits of Eastern practice (including everywhere/everything in between..) is incredibly rare. The world needs more experts/leaders like Dr. Hoggan. He is a gem of a psychiatrist; a true one of a kind.
