Office dosen't answer phone, no response for 3 day
Dr. Jean-Baptist was previously my primary doctor. However I had to switch offices due to his reception not answering calls for 3 days. I called multiple times during normal business hours and left 3 voicemails, no response. Luckily I did not have a medical issue, however if I was sick or needed a response it would have been bad. Would not recommend anyone to use this office.

Awful visit, waited for over an hour for the worst doctor experience of my life! What a waste of time!! Rude receptionist. She was just plain disgusting. Don’t believe the fake reviews. Never ever go here!

The last time I went with a sinus infection I scheduled an appointment for 11 am. Did not leave the office until 2:45 because the doctor "stepped out" but he was sitting at this desk the entire time! The bed was laying flat which was extremely uncomfortable there was no chair that I had the option of sitting in since the bed was so uncomfortable and once he came in to see me, he spent less than 20 seconds in the room with me and diagnosed me with a sinus infection which I already knew! To make matters worse, he tried to send penicillin to the pharmacy which I am extremely allergic to! after he sent it he asked if I was allergic! That would have been a question to ask while evaluating me and I dont know perhaps looking at my medical record!
