He was able to stabilize my hypothyroidism on dessicated thyroid after trials of synthetic hormones (2). He is always approachable and spent time and effort in his care

Follow up
Without question the rudest front desk staff I've ever encountered at Palm beach Diabetes and Roxanne and Janet were "special". the lack of professionalism knows no bounds.. My original consultation with one of the endocrinologists went well and between that and my follow up he was let go... My new specialist a Dr. G. Pepper whom I never actually met, didnt review my records or case prior to me visiting the office. But was kind enough to send me a letter letting me know after careful consideration he couldn't continue to provide me with patient care... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE...

Mixed results. Poor on balance.Avoid if u can
Mixed. Office staff rude and disorganized. Nutritionist good; doctor generic. More concerned with revenue than patient convenience. Avoid if possible.

Dr. Pepper came highly recommended. His scheduling person / front desk was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. And for the privilege of being treated like cattle by this nasty woman, she cut me off and I waited 20 minutes to speak with her. Even after that, still one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Needless to say, I won’t ever get to find out if the doctor is good because I won’t put myself through the misery of speaking with that witch again.

It's no wonder he lost his license to practice in New York. My records were mixed up with my husband's. They charged us each for appointments and saw us in only one time slot - rushed. Office was way too hot - had to be over 80 degrees. Staff disorganized and I found the doctor to be substandard. He kept reading test results for my husband while he was talking about my condition and got nasty when I tried to correct HIS mistake. He wanted to add more medications to my regimen even though my overall blood tests are improving. Going elsewhere - there has to be better endocrines in Florida.

My condition went from being under control to completely out of control under his care. He did not adjust my medication right and ignored all my symptoms I had and blamed it on other things. Then I found out he, the specialist, was completely wrong. Just horrible. Not one follow-up call either.

Rude staff Good help is hard to find. This is a good Dr but very rude and unprofessional staff. Renee was especially rude when she sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and refused to acknowledge the error.

Do not go here if you have concerns with your testosterone. Poor bedside manner. He said it’s not life threatening. Really?? He should have said I am refunding the 300$ you just paid because I don’t know anything about low t. Maybe it was the receptionist who thought I was there for diabeties. Clearly the referral says otherwise oh and the wait while they all giggled and gossiped at the desk. The office was filthy the exam room was a storage closet. The ARNP did all the work. Poor poor choice.

Dr. Pepper prescribed Armour, a natural desiccated thyroid medication. This made a world of difference on my life. Within 2 weeks the debilitating fatigue I suffered was gone. Brain fogs were gone. Energy was back. Dr. Pepper follows my labs carefully and always answers questions.

I tried to become a new patient. Called the office and the lady on the other line gave me the most convoluted, car-salesman-like explanation of what it would cost me to see the doctor..... very unreliable and unprofessional.....and then when I asked for more information as I couldnt make heads or tails from what she told me, she put me on hold, not before saying "Jesus...." in frustration..... Just for your information, I am a professional with an MBA from a top school..... shady... very shady
