Same he left out everything I said and actually wasn’t there to lay blame just to do ime boy he blamed my age and weight also was weighed with steel toe boots and heavy jacket be ware of this guy take a friend or record him no mention of him to connect or not connect injury to work. Just had shots and lied about bruising also

Pushkin does Independent Medical Exams.He is under contract by State of Maryland to examine injured State employees. I filled out detailed paperwork regarding my injury, pain level and location before my exam. My exam lasted about 10 minutes. Puskins report to the State made no reference to my injury which was documented by 5 other doctors and 500 pages of medical records. All five Doctors stated in writing I could not do the essential duties of my job. Social security found me to be totally and permanently disabled as a result of my on the job injury. Pushkin testified I had not documented my injury on paperwork at his office. That was total lie, injury was documented in detail. Pushkin did not include the injury in his report. Pushkin testified I could do the essential duties of my job and I was not disabled. If you are examined by this man take photos of all paperwork he has you fill out in his office for evidence. BEWARE, this man is paid $500 an hour to testify against you.

To be fair, I am unsure if the Dr. even reviewed a complete file in the denial of my long term disability claim. It seems that my claim was denied because the Dr. was either not aware or not concerned. Admin/medical forms provided by Liberty Mutual should be complete. The restrictions and limitations listed, by my primary care doctors office probably should have been in the review prior to the denial being determined. This has firmly created a financial hardship on my family. Thanks.

I am a Journeyman Carpenter working in heavy construction. Dr. Pushkin performed Arthroscopic Surgery on my shoulder. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable and informative. He was able to quickly identify my injury and explained my options in layman's terms so I could make an informed decision regarding my care. He got me back to work before the expected time. I was very pleased with him and would recommend him to anyone.
