Very personable and caring
My experience with Dr.Rust was excellent, he gave me a difficult diagnosis of Lymphoma which he suspected fromt he beginning, and then had me go do testing. He always made me feel secure, listened too and well informed, and treated my case with the celerity it merited.

My experience with Dr. Rust was not good. I went to see him after I found out I had a severe sinus infection. He looked in my nose for maybe 5 seconds and recommended surgery. I was visibly upset by his diagnosis and when I went to pay my copay his receptionist and assistant were giggling, which made me feel really uncomfortable and as though I was being made fun of. I paid my copay and decided to get a 2nd opinion since I got such bad vibes from his office. A few months later I received a bill for over $400 and the description of service was "surgery"... unbelievable! I contacted my insurance company and their office adjusted the description of service on my next bill but still claim I owe them over $400. I still don't understand what I am being charged for since he literally didn't do anything. Would not recommend him to anyone.

My appointment was on 11/2/15. Dr. Rust said he would request my allergy results for my previous doctor and we would then decide a course of action. When I heard nothing after 2 months I got the results myself and faxed them to Dr.Rust requesting follow-up. As of today, 3/10/16, I have heard nothing. I did just receive a second bill for my portion of the office visit, which I paid a month ago. Total for the visit, when Rust scoped my nasal cavity and suggested I take OTC med was $756.
