Dr. Gary Sides, DO

Dr. Sides was my primary care physician since I was in my teens. I am now nearing 50 and having a hard time finding a doctor in my new area. I never had a problem with Dr. Sides listening or asking about my health. He was always professional and joked a lot, if I did seeing some of the negative reviews surprised me because I had a positive experience every time I visited his office

He has never been agitated with me in the more than 30 years of seeing him. ALWAYS had a smile on his face for me, well wishes and even a hug the last time I saw him??

He gets agitated with patients....Acts like he's on auto pilot with his retirement coming up in December....If he can't figure out the patients problem, he throws his hands up in the air and asks, "What do you want me to do?" Communication between staff and him are horrible. I can't imagine him being like this throughout his entire career. There is bad bedside manner, Then there's acting like your least favorite relative has dropped by for an unannounced visit manner...You will find the latter of the two exists here.

Entire staff unprofessional, and unwilling to listen ! Had a problem with Dr Gary sides nurse (Nicole) not answering questions and following up on an issue which she offered to help with , after 3 months I finally spoke to the office manager (Spencer) who was rude and very unprofessional, would not let me speak and when I did try to get a word in he would interrupt and speak over me and then say I was talking over him ! I thought I was the one having a problem ! I asked for a call from Doctor Gary Sides thinking he would be interested in hearing about my problem. When he did call me I found out where his staff gets their unprofessional Rude attitude from ! He was worse than Spenser ! He never let me speak , spoke over me and just told me how wonderful they all are . No Doctor Gary Sides your office isn’t wonderful and yes I did have a legitimate problem and concern, and had you listened you might have seen that . In all fairness, Nicole was never rude. Horrible Doctor and Practice

Office would NOT ACCEPT AN N95 MASK I had to switch from a high filter fine particulate mask to a cheep paper one BS! AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sides for over 20 yrs and we have never had any problems. He's a great doctor and takes the time you need for any questions.

He forgot to refill meds when I saw him and Iam having bad head aches and he’s telling me go the er Iam full

I am not impressed with the way Dr. Sides treats his patients. The office staff are very friendly, but the bedside manner of Dr. Sides is very intimidating to patients, and makes you afraid to ask him questions pertaining to your health. When you finally work up the nerve to ask questions, he tells you “well, what do you want me to do about it?”
