Dismissed what I was telling him and just told me I was “lazy”. Would not let me speak and would not listen. Easily the worst doctors I have ever seen. Needs to learn how to respect others. Also women beware he will try to blame it on your period

Best Cardiologist I have ever had and period!
Doctor Vigilante is a very compassionate, doctor that takes the required time to assess your heart issues and he keeps you in the loop when it comes to treatments, medicines, etc! After seeing other Cardiologists since I moved away from Philadelphia in 2012, I really miss his bedside manner and his approach to your particular heart issues!

I suffered through at least 2 cardio and 3 pulmonologist that diagnosis me with lung problem , but came to no solution. The first visit with Dr. Vigilante , he said i know what it is , gave me pills and within 3 days i could take a deep breath. Dr. vigilante DIDN'T have to do multiple test and say take the inhaler it is asthma or one dr. said u are holding your breath. Dr, Vigilante LISTENED TO ME, did an exam and told me you have extra fluid in the body and especially around the lung. 9 years i suffered , each year got worse. Thank GOD for sending me to Dr. Vigilante who took the time to listen and was experienced at his profession . Only a doctor who love helping others would invest in the future of his patient. KEEP LOOKING AND PRAYING FOR YOUR DELIVERENCE FROM BONDAGE. I RECOMMEND DR. VIGILANTE TO THE WORLD. If you can't breathe try a cardiologist , try Dr. Vigilante at Presbyterian Hospital Phila. P.a 19104.

DR. GARY VIGILANTE IS BY FAR THE BEST CARDIOLOGIST THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. HE TREATS MY PARENTS WHO ARE IN THEIR 90'S. HE DOES A COMPLETE EVALUATION FROM HEAD TO TOE. HE LISTENS TO YOU, ANSWERS ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS, AND DOES NOT RUSH YOU. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS EXCELLENT TOO. I HAVE HAD TO SPEAK TO HIM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. HE ALSO HAS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND IT SHOWS.
