Dr. Yong takes as much time as you need and explains things very well. I really feel like he listens to me and isn't trying to give me the bum's rush to get to his next patient. His appoints have always run on time.

I have been seeing Dr. Yong for years . I really like Dr. Yong so i have tolerated his receptionist. She is the most rudest most unkind person i think i have met.

Dr Yong is a good Dr. He listens, but only after he says what he needs to. He takes all the time he needs to listen. He takes your comments into account and comes up with a resolution to treat you. All the negative comments about the front desk, it is what it is, you just have to get to know her, she can actually be pretty funny. Also take in hand, they are the only two in that office. I just hope he doesn't retire soon.

Dr. Yong is great. He spends the time with you and explains everything and is very caring. Now, the lady who sits at the front desk is simply AWFUL! She is very rude, unwelcoming and overall just a mean person. I've gone to Dr. Yong since he was with Dr. Langreder, and the nurses and receptionists were always s nice and caring, not anymore and its a shame, really. Why on earth anyone would work in a doctor's office with that personality is ridiculous, also unbelievable that its tolerated.

My family and I have been with Dr. Gary Yong forever, he is awesome, makes time for you, makes sure you understand what is wrong with you and follows up with answers. Front desk, Linda and Dave are great to deal with also. Dr. Yong will be our doctor forever!!

I grew up with Dr. Yong, and he's always been more than helpful. Especially recently, since I've had a string of minor medical issues that he's been on top of. He's friendly, skilled, and does an amazing job of making you feel comfortable with otherwise uncomfortable situations. The wait times in his office can be a little long on occasion (but really I'm impatient, they never go longer than 15 mins), but that's a very small price to pay for the quality of service.

First of all, customer service is inattentive and very unfriendly. When I called and asked about my annual check-up, the front desk was rude and did not care to even help me to find out the cost of it. The doc on my previous visit just made copies of my records and charged the insurance?! Next visit he put wrong diagnosis regarding rash on my face and prescribed over-counter medicine instead of listening to me. He has not enough time for patients, I am certainly switching to other one.
