Wait time

I had an appointment at 11:30 and waited an hour. I approached the front desk and asked about the wait and as the front desk clerk checked with the physicians assistant I was brought in immediately. Not to mention they brought someone in who came in after me. When I asked about the long wait they said they had to fillout many customer complaints and forms apparently.

He is really nice and friendly. He is a little bit slow because of his age, but it doesn't stop him in providing quality care to his patients.

Couldn’t understand what he was saying. Absolutely no privacy in the office (conducts visits with the door open right next to the waiting room). Office doesn’t follow up on scheduling referrals. Literally changed my insurance so I wouldn’t have to see him again.

Long wait time, staff doesn't know what they be doing and takes forever to get a referral for help. Unprofessional he needs to change his staff..
