I am going through my first IVF cycle, tonight was my first medication shot. I watched the tutorial provided and the steps performed were different than the equipment provided. After 90 minutes, I ruined 2 vials and 6 syringes. I was successful in the third vial, but made some choices that were directly against the tutorial. I left a message with the overnight messaging center and received a call back from this Dr.I started to give the background of what was in the tutorial to explain the difference in my equipment. I was cut off, told that the nurses deal with the tutorial and she has no idea what’s in them. I told her I would tell her what was in the tutorial but she cut me off again. I walked away and let my husband talk to her, but she had questions for me. She didn’t want to hear my background or concerns. She told me I was wasting her time, taking time away from her kids and to go to urgent care. If you’re spending your time and life savings, pick a different doctor.
