When I met with Dr Crawford I was dealing with a pelvic organ prolapse: my cervix was protruding - significantly - from my vaginal area. Maintaining quality hygiene was difficult as was urinating. I felt like a freak while dealing with a heaviness in my abdomen and total lack of bladder control. Partnering with Dr Diane Hartman (urologist), Dr Crawford explained her process of performing a hysterectomy through robotic surgery; an amazing process involving very small incisions that have healed quickly. I truly appreciate Dr Crawford's manner. She is incredibly smart, considerate, and highly skilled. I never felt rushed, I understood what the course of action was going to be and I went into surgery trusting her 100%. I feel like a new woman! I am grateful and I encourage anyone dealing with a situation similar to mine to meet with Dr Crawford. She will listen and she can help!

I was sent home following a hysterectomy by Dr. Crawford using the da Vinci system with a severed ureter and hole in my bladder resulting in 7+ hours of reconstructive surgery and months of pain. Not only should this injury have not occurred, it should have been discovered before I was sent home. This injury could have easily cost me my life.

I had a robotic hysterectomy in January, including ovaries ... I had no problems with Dr. Crawford, scheduling or any staff ... everything went much more smoothly than I had anticipated ... no complaints here!

The office staff is ridiculous and not helpful at all. I have tried to many times to work with this office and I just can't do it. I don't appreciate the way the office is run and the patients are communicated with.

Upon recommending an outpatient surgical procedure, I felt like I had to press for reasons, pros and cons, risks, etc. It's not her natural style to divulge information and all sides of story. When pushed for likely risk if I didn't do the surgery, she said it was 1%, which made me feel like she was recommending a procedure for her economic benefit - not for mine.
