Office staff aren’t concerned or helpful. Tara the office manager is rude and snippy. I have insurance but they would rather bill me than code my bill correctly and refuse to correct their mistake. I was warned not to go to this place and now I see why.

She was rude and uncaring about my recent hospitalization. Listed several things that could be wrong but offered no treatment whatsoever. Ordered labs that took 3 days to get to hospital. No call on results. Scheduled a follow up appointment 1 month out. What for? She’s not going to treat anything, possibly intestinal ischemia, diverticulitis colitis, oh labs show thyroid not working, (still wouldn’t have results if I didn’t call) go see pcp. Previous colonoscopy 2 years ago, she doesn’t think we need another right now. This lady was a waste of my time and my insurance company money. Would never go back and never recommend. Should have known better after she did my husbands colonoscopy and said he’s good for 10 years with no history. He had a history of a rare carcinoid rumor, and right colon resection, that was discussed with her NP, prior to colonoscopy, and in his medical record. Dr didn’t see that. She never looked at his history either. It’s all there.

In 2013, she attempted an ERCP on me. I ended up screaming in pain on Morphine, and was transferred to Peoria via ambulance for them to correct the issue. Several stents, 4 Peoria ERCP's and 5 months later.............Go elsewhere for this.

I will never go to her again either. I had an ERCP performed and she failed to place a bile duct stent. It involved an ambulance ride an hour away and the Drs there completing what she started. I ended up with Pancreatitis and a stent in the pancreas too. After five days in the hospital I was released. I have had to since return to Peoria to have the stent removed from the pancreas. In a few weeks I will return to have the bile duct stent removed which was the original problem.

Dodda seriously botched a gallstone removal (ERCP) on me. Dodda left behind stones and instead, tore apart my bile duct (and did other damage). After she tore my insides, I was taken by ambulance to a trauma hosp where a team of amazing GI surgeons and a vascular surgeon did amazing work- but I'll never be without pain, chronic pancreatitis, and and the scars of what she did to me. I would not recommend Dr. Dodda to anyone, and wish I could go back in time and get a different GI doc.
