Best Primary Care I've had
Dr Thaker is incredibly caring, competent, and empathetic. I was so fortunate to find her. She's been supporting me on my complicated health journey for several years now. She helped in critical moments and oriented me to get the care I needed. On top to being an amazing Doctor, she is a true gem and wonderful human being.

Incredible primary care physician
Telehealth
Dr. Thaker is caring, compassionate and follows through with managing multiple aspects of my health. She is wonderful helping navigate patients through complex, chronic conditions and has collaborated with multiple other providers on the team. It is clear through Dr. Thaker's work that she cares for the whole person. Wonderful primary care and family physician.

Predatory & Dishonest
Dr. Thaker submitted a bill to my insurance for $480.00 for a 10-minute Telehealth visit to get a prescription refilled. All of my attempts to correct this issue with One Medical have been unanswered. Overall extremely unprofessional and reflective of poor character by Dr. Thaker and her one medical counterparts.

Didn't take the time or make any effort to "connect" with me in any way. No initial intro, no reply to calls or emails, yet went out of her way to deny basic prescription refill with no explanation whatsoever.
