We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Bland takes his time and is very knowledgeable. His staff is also very knowledgeable. Everyone there is patient, kind, and personable. All of the nurses are amazing, and when my husband was in a dire situation, nurse Erin stepped up, going above and beyond. I recommend Dr Bland in every way possible!

Avoid the Springfield clinic on Wabash! They couldn't figure out how to bill my insurance even after the insurance company sent them multiple letters on how to submit the bill. So they defaulted to sending me a letter threatening to send my account to a collection agency if I didn't pay the ENTIRE bill NOW. On top of that the threat to me came on the first letter I received. $810 dollars for a routine checkup, what a joke. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Bland is fantastic. Myself and my family have been going to him for years and we've had a pleasant experience every single time. We don't wait long and we get to see a professional every time.

His staff is not thorough when it comes to following up on prescriptions, other doctor prescriptions, calling prescriptions to be filled, etc.. Staff blames others when it is his staff that has ultimate responsibility as primary care physician. Even pharmacy staff commented that they were very unprofessional.
