Dr. Cook is the finest physician/surgeon I've had perform (double knee replacement) on my athletic related injuries. He has heartfelt empathy and answers any questions in straightforward clear terms. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and his staff for any ortho medical needs.

He is one fine doctor. Did a knee replacement for my boyfriend, and could not be happier. Had to change doctors at the last minute, uppity surgeon, and found Dr. Cook. Providence was watching over us as he explained more in the first visit than the first doctor did in 4 visits. He got us in quickly and the Cottonwood hospital was a great experience. I had thought that doctors who really cared about patients were long gone, not so as one still resides in Sedona.

Made an appointment to see this doctor at 3 p.m. At 3:45 we were finally sent into a room that smelled like crap. All the while he is walking around talking on his phone. Pathetic excuse for a doctor! No wonder it was so easy to get an appointment! #disgusted

Dr. Cook did surgery on my fractured left elbow. It healed quickly and I have full mobility. No problems. And his style and personality make contacts with him the best. Highly recommend him.
