Great doctor, staff not so much
One of the most knowledgeable doctors in the Tri-Cities area. I hate that his office is getting ruined by incompetent staff as well as Ballad Health’s policies. We’ve seen him for over 20 years, and unfortunately have to cut ties because the staff don’t know how to properly obtain consent for a flu vaccine before injecting patients. We had no idea what was being injected until afterwards. So sad. I wouldn’t ever let the nurses in his clinic touch me.

Dr. Correll is the best. He is so good with our children and really takes time to listen. We moved to mount carmel a couple of years ago but still make the trip to Bristol to see him for our families health care needs. 10/10 recommend.

Dismissed me from his practice because I refused to have a mammogram. This is ridiculous. I thought patients have the right to refuse tests if they don't want to have them done.

Dr. Correll listens to me, asks pertinent questions, and gives me a choice of options. He is kind and insightful, which is why I have kept him as my primary physician for over 15 years.

Saw Dr. Correll once. Had labs done, checkup, received shot; he ordered 1 test. After the appointment & test, my health & quality of life dropped so quickly, I am still shocked. I don't often see doctors, never had invasive tests before this. I'm distrustful of standard of care medicine and my experience with Wellmont, and Dr. Correll have reinforced this, much to my dismay. Could not recommend him from my experience.

As of December 2016 the worse office receptionist and nurses EVER. They get upset when they have to answer the phone and they treat you very bad when you call them on it. The last thing someone needs when they enter a doctors office is unkind treatment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this office. As you read other reviews, you will see I’m not the only one who feels this way. The waiting area in the office was very nasty as well as the nasty attitudes of the nurse and receptionist.

Every time I call with a sick child I'm always able to get an appointment that day. The office staff is always courteous and professional. Wait time in office is always short. Love Dr. Correll and all his staff. Dr. Cornell never seems to be in a rush to get out of the room. Patiently listens to me and my children.

I love Dr. Correll and would still be going to him if his office staff was not so lousy. They are negative, unfriendly women that act like they have been offended when you call or walk in. Every time I called to try to schedule an appointment, they answer the phone with, "Can you hold?" No, I can't hold! Why did you pick up the phone if you're not prepared to deal with the caller? When you go there in person, they're unprofessional and unfriendly. It makes for a very negative experience!
