I have been dealing with the same issue for many years and been to many doctors and none of them had really helped I ended up going for a uti and they asked about the other issue next thing I know they have me a appointment to see dr nuss he takes one look and says we can fix this he and his staff fought for my insurance to cover the surgery even when I had lost faith that it would ever happen I get a calls saying they gotten it approved and with in a month they have me in surgery and leading up to it no matter how dumb of a question I had they replied the same day with a answer this has been a life changing experience

Love this Doctor!!!!!!!
I was first referred to Dr. Nuss by another urologist & my primary care doctor. I've had 2 other urologists & a lifetime of multiple bladder issues. Dr. Nuss exceeded my expectations on my first visit, spending around 45 minutes with me doing a thorough exam, sending me for tests to determine the exact surgery needed, & explained my options. He was warm & friendly. He visited me everyday in the hospital & even came in on his day off to check on me because I had developed complications. Two years later, we opted to do the procedure to insert a Medtronic device. He has always spent time with me, giving me needed reassurance, & taking care of my issues. I have recommended him numerous times & will continue. My friends have loved him too! He is an excellent doctor medically who truly cares about his patients. I'm eternally grateful for his help with my aging bladder & just knowing he is there if I need him.

Irresponsible Care
Dr. Nuss seemed very attentive and allowed time for questions at our initial meeting. He ordered a number of tests and procedures but was never present during those visits, except for literally one or two minutes at most. He always had one or two assistants perform the tasks. The most egregious thing is, he allowed his PA to perform a bladder cystoscopy on me in which a number of urotheliol carcinomas, (cancerous tumors),were clearly present on live video as I watched. Having never seen the inside of a bladder before, much less a tumor, I was shocked, but no mention was made of anything amiss in the PA's report. I went home and immediately did my due diligence to compare what I had seen with hundreds of images I found online. I was very upset and tried to reach the doctor by phone several times but never got a call back, except by an assistant who tried to sell me on the Urolift procedure. I have now been diagnosed with bladder cancer and preparing for my second surgery 6 months later!

Dr Nuss is a top of the line Urologist. I've been to 4 urologist (the others moved away) and was lucky to be referred to Dr. Nuss. He specializes in reconstructive surgery and for that I'm grateful. I will and do recommend Dr. Nuss to all my friends and famly. I was referred to him by another urologist who specialized in prostate problems but was retiring. Retiring Urologist was on National Boards and was a published author in important medical journals. I will always be grateful for his help.

Thanks for doing the surgery successfully. Wish we could have done it sooner, since I ran into other problems, but your schedule was busy. It would have been nice to talk to you after the surgery.

Absolutely horrible Doctor, very unprofessional, there are Doctors who actually care for there patients and try and help them with there issues, he has to have assistant in the office room with you r cord everything that you say, very uncomfortable, staff lost my sample after one day because staff said Dr Nuss forgot to order it and I had to do a second sample, once results came back they advised to find another Doctor verses helping me. I don't recommend him to anyone, find someone else!
