Wish I could give him zero stars. Dr. Geoffrey Singer cared more about getting me out of the ER than he did about what I was telling him. I started feeling drunk despite not having alcohol in about 2 years and my legs went numb. It felt like I was going paralyzed which terrified me. He completely disregarded what I was telling him and focused on me saying I got dizzy and word for word said,”Sounds like a panic attack to me. We’ll just run a urinalysis and some bloodwork.” He ignored me trying to tell him that I had PCOS and was bleeding for 7 months straight, that I had liver problems and had emergency surgery earlier this year. I only actually spoke with Dr. Singer for about 7 mins or so. He didn’t even tell me the results of my EKG. Doctors like him are exactly why I ended up in an emergency surgery after 6 months of ER visits and why people end up dead after complications from health issues that were never addressed despite them reaching out for help.

Brought my mother to ER for a fall. She had a gash on left eye and left leg. We were brought back to a room Dr. Singer came in said he would order blood work and CT scan. My mother is 90 with dementia she has sundowners she was agitated and wanted to leave. I Asked for paperwork to leave. The nurse came and asked if I was sure I didn't want to wait for CT Scan. I explained that I did not and wanted to sign her out. Nurse told Dr. Singer, who then came to room and said "What's the matter she's not having a stroke". Wow, very unprofessional. Things got heated after that and he asked us to leave. One hour in the room no blood work, not even a blood pressure cuff to monitor pressure. Dr. Singer didn't check her eye gash. She left ER with the bandages I put on her. Pretty sad for Cleveland Clinic Better service when it was plain old Martin Health.

I had the luck of having Dr. Singer in my time of need. He was very caring, and seemed truly concerned about my well being. A true professional! Also spent a long time just talking with me about my condition, which is something you dont see to often in the Emergency Room atmosphere very often.
