Have been unable to contact either of the office locations (for several months). Only once I was able to speak to someone, who put me on hold 20 minutes and then promised to call me back. We need a new order to fill 2 prescriptions for glaucoma and already ran out of refills, but still not able to get an appointment or the new prescription. After this only tel conv, I was asked to call in 2 weeks but it has been months without being able to reach the phones.
