WORST AND RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFF. HE USED TO HAVE A VERY NICE STAFF BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE ALL GONE. I SEEM TO RECALL SOMEONE NAMED PATTY WHO WAS ALWAYS NICE AND CARING. NOW HE HAS A RUDE UNCARING AND INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF AND HEAD NURSE. IT IS TOO BAD BECAUSE DR. BEST WAS ALWAYS SO NICE. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED THAT THEY ALL LEFT. I WILL FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR WITH A CARING FRONT OFFICE STAFF. ADIOS AMIGO!!!!

very nice dr. but the billing department is ghetto and disorganized. I was turned over to collections for a bill that was years old! When Dr. Best changed all of his office administration there was nothing but problems with billing. Greed

Dr Best is by far the best urologist I've ever had. He takes his time and explains the issue and solution with you and adds a little humor in his in depth experiences. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Long wait times (never less than an hour waiting) and a horrible office staff who are rude, uncaring and argumentative make this a miserable place for care. Front office staff share personal information along with their own judgment of patients to anyone who asks (thanks for sharing Patty). If you are willing to tolerate awful service Dr. Best and his nurse are great.
