Absolutely terrible!!! I had been bitten by a cat with multiple tooth punctures and with several lacerations. My arm swelled up severely and infection set in immediately. From my wrist up my arm 6-8 inches. My arm was red and angry….I was absolutely in AGONY!!! He was clearly aware of how much pain I was (along with the significant swelling and infection) I asked him to prescribe some kind of pain medication…anything, anything to help me deal with the excruciating pain…..He flat refused to prescribe anything…nothing at all. In my opinion, he violated his hippocratic oath ‘to do no harm”…allowing a patient to suffer needlessly. Full Stop!!

I’ve been trying for two weeks to make an appointment. No one returns your calls and no one is willing to schedule an appointment. I’ve been with this doctor for over a year and I am definitely changing now. His office is a mess. He has no staff. And you can’t in to see him when you’re sick. Stay away from this mess

I have been bringing a long-term patient to Dr Boctor‘s office for several years. She has a chronic mental health diagnosis. Every time she goes to the doctors office she comes with a list of physical Complaints, repetitive need for the same medical equipment that she already has, she does not follow treatment recommendations made by the doctor. He is extremely patient with her. He listens to her tries his best to meet her never ending needs. He is the kindest, most patient doctor I have witnessed an interaction with. He reminds me of an old school physician that does his best to manage the patient on a holistic level. I cannot speak more highly of Dr Boctor and his entire team. They are all so kind and patient. I give them all five stars on every level.

We are From Chicago and we were recommended to see Dr. Boctor for my father! We could not be happier as dr. Boctor is a top doctor with an incredible bedside manor. He spent so much time explaining and going over his whole history and was so patient and kind. He even followed up with us that evening to make sure my dad was doing okay! I wish I could give him 10 stars!

Dr. Boctor is a good doctor and I really liked him, but his staff are worthless particularly his main girl. I was left on many occasions home sick in bed (even on long holiday weekends when the office closed for days) with a promise of a call back from her and never got one! She has absolutely no care for your well being. They obviously have too many patients and don't care about losing anyone. I wrote a hand written letter to the doctor and sent it to his office address. I never received a call from him and I'm sure he probably never saw it as it was intercepted by his staff. I have moved on to seek better care...

I've been a patient of Dr. Boctor for over ten years and have recommended him to family and friends with no regret. I doubt you will find a more caring and thorough Doctor anywhere. I cannot speak highly enough and trust him with my life.

IS THE WORST DOCTOR. The receptionist are the rudest people, do not call you back, if you call them they will tell you that are too busy to help. The doctor I guess does not know about this manners coming from this people, that if they treat patients like this, they should stay home and give the position to people that really like the job and know how to treat people. The position is too big for them. Please as a patient do not waste your time to people that are not happy in a work place. DO NOT GO

I have been a patient of Dr. Boctor's for many years. I find him to be a very caring and thorough doctor. He spends a great deal of time with me at each visit. Yes, the wait might be a bit long, but that is because he does not rush with patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Boctor and his staff are excellent. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and it is obvious he truly cares for his patients. I use him and my wife uses his wife. We love them both and recommend them highly.

My spouse is diabetic. Dr. George Boctor only sees him twice a year for blood work and reports. We've been trying for 2 weeks to get an appt. as he is having a problem with his knees, and can't get an appt. until late November. He can't see another doctor (orthopedic), or even get x-rays without a referral from his PCP. In addition, he was on Sertraline 2.5 mg twice a day, but Dr. George Boctor will not authorize a refill. So for the past 3 weeks, he has been going through withdrawals.

This office is an assembly line. Do not expect professionalism nor respect from Dr. or Staff. It's all about money and greed, as there is no empathy or concern whatsoever. Just read the reviews and all were right on target. My friend has diabetes and they never call in his meds on time. Front desk is a COMPLETE JOKE. They are lazy and quite RUDE. If you have an emergency, better go to hospital as they rather take new patients as opposed to established ones. Very Sad!! Worst Dr. ever BEWARE..

From doctor to staff...a completely unprofessional experience. Took weeks to get an appointment. Waited 45 minutes (after arriving on time) to see Dr. Boctor. His staff is very rude and uncaring, barely acknowledged I was there. His professional advice seems incompetent, I don't think he trust his own judgement. Avoid making the same mistake I made and avoid this quack like the plague!

His staff is RUDE and unhelpful. Did not tell us to go to the ER when they could not fit us in for an appt. when having difficulty breathing. Ended up in hospital. The office is a mess. They lose stuff - can't get a referral done without hassle or get RX refilled without hassles. The staff is lazy!
