Excellent experience with Dr. Caldwell and staff. Avoided unnecessary surgery with his treatment plan. Staff is equally impressive as they respond quickly and follow up is excellent. Very highly recommend. If in need, I will definitely return.

I've had a couple surgeries by Dr. Caldwell, ACL reconstruction and Rotator Cuff repair both without any issues provided you follow his physical therapy orders due to injuries skateboarding. He is so good that he's worked on my one of my son's twice, my uncle with 2 rotator cuff repairs after unsuccessful previous surgeries. We are a very active family into skateboarding, surfing and fishing. I'm 52 years old and don't plan on stopping skateboarding and surfing anytime soon.I highly recommend Dr Caldwell.

Dr Caldwell is top notch & an excellent surgeon. He performed my complex left shoulder rotator cuff repair. He thoroughly explained the procedure & potential risks. I had excellent results for repairing 3 tears. He & staff are friendly, professional & provided excellent service. Dr. Caldwell performed ACL tear and meniscus repair surgery on my 14-year-old son after he suffered a devastating injury to his knee while playing soccer in England in a few exhibition games. My son is now 16, his injury is completely healed, and is playing soccer at the highest level again (MLS Academy). My family, especially my son, are extremely grateful to Dr. Caldwell for his services, attention, and care which resulted in the best outcome possible for him. Excellent orthopedic surgeon. When it is your body, you want a competent doctor above all else. Dr. Caldwell does a thorough diagnosis and clearly explains all the the treatment options and any associated risks. He has repaired both my knees (so I am a repeat customer) with outstanding results. He is very likable and has a responsive, competent staff supporting him.

I am 78 years old and tore my ACL about four years ago. I went to several doctors including one at Mayo clinic. They all told me that I was too old and they would not do the surgery. After about a year I found Dr. Colwell and he did the surgery and I was walking the next day. Dr. Cole Wells results for exceeded my wildest expectations. Now I cannot even remember which leg he operated on. I give my knee a real workout we have a small ranch and I am climbing off of heavy equipment all the time and jumping ditches etc. and the knee is holding up great even with the abuse I give it. I would recommend Dr. Colwell 110%.

Still trying to sort out the mess they made. Charged for XRAYs they never performed. Doctor failed to document his notes fully. Now have two herniated disks that he refused to give me ian MRI so he missed. Yet he charged for two XRAY of neck I never got. Informed my insurance carrier of wrong changes. They took back money from doctor. Now doctor is billing me for money insurance company took back. I have made countless calls but only get a different story every time. I now have persistent pain after physical therapy made conditions worse. If I knew I had additional neck injuries I never would have aggravated them with physical therapy.

I made a special trip to Fort Lauderdale, FL, to see Dr. Caldwell. I was told by several former patients that he would be the best surgeon for my knee. They were absolutely correct! In the office, he discussed in detail my problem, diagnosis and treatment options. During my appointment he was extremely thorough and very caring, making sure I understood what he was saying and the complexities of my treatment. Going into surgery, I was reassured by Dr. Caldwell as he reviewed my procedure with me. Immediately following surgery and each day thereafter, I have been pain-free! I have gained near full range of motion in physical therapy; I am 2 weeks post op. My knee is healing quickly and functioning without pain! Dr Caldwell performed surgical perfection on my knee. His training and precision have paid-off for me. I am a success story! I would recommend him to anyone who needs an Orthopaedic surgeon. I’m so thankful to his former patients’ insistence on seeing him; he’s a Godsend!

My left knee had a completely torn ACL from a motocross crash. I was able to pull my knee sideways to my groin. In my mind it was impossible to fix. Dr. Caldwell repaired it and it is now stronger than my other knee. Brilliant man.

He fixed my shoulder, absolute Professional. 3 tendon repairs, bicep was disconnected and also repaired a spur. Outstanding job.

Dr. Caldwell was an amazing surgeon. I had surgury done on my right shoulder with another Doctor and it took almost a year with thereapy to get it back to normal with no pain. Dr. Caldwell did my left and within 4 months and barely any therapy, it feels better than ever. He is thorough and I couldn't be happy with the results. I'd reccommend him to anyone who is need of surgery.
