No bedside manner and dismissive physician.
Dr. Chang mocked my visit from inception. I was requesting/fulfilling an ultrasound from a Dr. in Rome, Italy where I attend university. I was home on break and subsequently had to visit another urologist, who provided both an ultrasound and diagnosis. Dr. Chang's words were, 'Come back when you are 50 and have a real problem'...your words Dr.-- Navigating healthcare is tedious and difficult enough but Dr's who play GOD and are not willing to provide services that WE pay for -- have no place. You are now under investigation at Cigna and can answer to them. We will be paying the urologist who provided care and services a few days later. Seek professional bedside manner training and be more professional for future patients.
