A bully who can't deliver
My mom went in for a knee replacement. When she asked about the anesthesia methods and said she was uncomfortable with the one he'd planned, he stopped making eye contact, got huffy, and just started listing all the ways it was "better" until she just said ok. That's petulant behavior unbecoming of a medical professional. What's worse is that the next day, just after discharge, the nerve block suddenly stopped working. The pain was unmanageable and to the point where she wasn't taking full breaths, causing a partial lung collapse and re-admittance to the hospital for 4 more days.
