Good for simple issues but not beyond that!
Dr. Frank was my PCP for about 3.5 years. Initially, I had a great impression of him as he didn't rush through appointments and seemed to listen. But, things changed after I was injured in a car accident. He wasn't at all proactive in determining the extent of my injuries and I had to regularly argue for care. His nurse, Georgia, also contributed to the problems. Then, earlier this year I went in for an annual check-up. I explained some concerning symptoms and he dismissed them and ordered bloodwork. One flag came up in bloodwork but Georgia just messaged and said 'see you next year!'. I went to a different PCP who actually listened, sent me to a specialist who conducted further testing, and I actually have a pretty serious condition that needs treatment. Prior to last year, I was very healthy and Dr. Frank's expertise wasn't called into question. Now I can't possibly recommend him.

Dr. Frank had been my PCP, along with my husband and eventually my 4 children and their spouses, for the past 23 years. He is kind and patient, and always takes as much time with you as you need. I have never felt rushed or talked down to, and I trust his experience to help keep myself, and my family as healthy as possible.

I was a patient of Dr Frank’s for 25 years. He missed essential information and results, which led to a rapid decline in my health. Do not go to this physician!

Although Dr Frank is not old, he is in my opinion the "old fashion" kind of Dr, not at all like so many today that will give you 10 minutes for an annual physical. I have had a Dr that ran what I call a "puppy mill" and sees as many patients as he possibly can in a day. Dr Frank is Compassionate and takes the time to know and treat you as a person and not just a patient ID#. Very rare breed these days. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful Dr.

Dr. Frank has been my primary care physician for a number of years. He helped me through a particularly difficult time of uncontrolled blood pressure trying several medications until he found the right combination. I appreciate his sense of humor and ability to discuss health issues in a very understandable manner. Dr. spends time with me at each appointment and I never feel like I'm getting the bum's rush so that he can get on to the next thing in his work. Thanks, Dr. Frank!
