He and his staff were extremely friendly and professional

Not only is Dr. GIlbert a great doctor. His staff is amazing. Yes, sometimes you may call and have to leave a message, but within 24-48 hours, his staff contacts you. They make you feel like you are a human being and not just a number. I love the way they schedule, they try not to overbook and have you waiting for hours.

His 1 staff is ruining practice. Hipaa laws are not followed. Medical procedure not followed. No bp or Temps taken. Dr gilbert is good dr, imo he needs to get rid of lady or move to another practice.

I saw Dr. Gilbert over a year ago. I tried to make an appointment to see him for med renewals. I have called his office at least 5 times and no one answers. Then when someone does answer, they put you on hold for at least 10 minutes. The person who answers the phone asked me to literally bring my insurance card to her to look at it as though she can verify my insurance by just looking at a card. Although I like Dr. Gilbert, his staff is very unprofessional and it takes an act of God to get an appointment.

As a new patient I had high hopes. I have lukemia and side effects with my cancer drug. He sent me for a echo of my heart and a nurse no longer with him did an ekg. I had blood work done at quest, never got the results of anything. He couldn't find my records on the next appointment, When he scolded me for not bringing in my pills for him to see what he had previously prescribed me. I had brought in 1/4 cup of mucus I had coughed up that morning of my 3rd appt. .Since he doesn't have a nurse, he was taking my blood pressure wrong. He was asking me ?? telling me I only coughed once since I was there 15 minutes on my way out. He said he'd refer me to ent which found a cyst in my throat. The mri of my head pituitary glad tumor and chest x ray's were good. Ent says sinuses clear. I now have a new dr. I have worked at Shands in Gainesville 6 years with heart and lung transplant Surgeons, many Dr's. I give him an F grade. I also let my insurance company know how I was treated.

Disorganized. No electronic communication with lab.

Doctor Gilbert is a great doctor and I wish I knew where he will be practicing next. If anyone knows please leave a comment ty!!

Awesome doctor and staff are great too. Incredibly pleased with the way he listens and interacts with myself and my husband. First doctor I have been to in a long time that cares about his patients. So glad we found him!

Staff are always helpful and nice at this office! Dr. Gilbert is fantastic! I always recommend this office and drive out of my way to go there.

I became increasingly unsatisfied with physicians in the area and their attitudes towards turning patients out like a revolving door. I began seeing Dr. Gilbert in 2016 and never looked back. This guy talks WITH you and not AT YOU! He listens and actually has a personality. Dr. Gilbert is both personable and professional and offers a relative-stress free environment for all my medical concerns. I would have given more stars but was limited to (5).

I would recommend this doctor to all . i wish i knew where he went after leaving belleview express care.
