Rude secretary who is always mixed.
the secretary is rude. She accused me of not showing up twice, which never happened. She is always mixed up and calls me instead of another patient, doesn't send prescriptions to me twice, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls. I don't have a problem with the doctor, but it is impossible to make an appointment with him.

Do not see Dr Graves for Dementia
I requested a full dementia workup for official diagnosis, after documenting and witnessing significant dementia symptoms in a loved one for over a year. Dr. Graves office confirmed it would be a full workup. This consisted of a 10 minute appointment where 3 basic tests were conducted, similar to what primary care doctors do. Family member failed all 3 tests but all dr. graves said was "I can give you medication for your memory". This is unacceptable and a disgrace to the profession.

Dr Graves became my Neurologist 7 yrs ago when I moved her from Illinois. I just love him! He is professional yet personable. He sits down like you have met for coffee. His bedside manner is excellent. I can’t see myself ever going to anyone else. I recommend him often ??

I found Dr. GRAVES to be very nice, non arrogant and amusing. The office wait time is never long, yet he doesn't rush you, even during these"Covid" times. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Graves has been, for the last couple of years, the best neurologist we could have hoped for. He takes his time to listen, not only to my husband, who has dementia, but to me, his wife and caregiver. We have nothing but kind words to say about Dr. Graves.

He doesn't show interests in listening to what the patient has to say. He comes across as if what he is saying is all that is important and correct. Does not show any concern over patient issues and comes across very cold in his personality. Would not recommend at all nor go back.

very understanding after my husband's stroke...Realized this was sudden change that we were not prepared for. Extremely patient and explained everything on my level. He did not talk down to me at all, and spent more time than most other doctors I have ever used.

I have been seeing Dr. Graves for over five years for migraines. His staff is awesome! Dr Graves is very caring and courteous when I visited while in the middle of an attack (turning off the lights and lower his voice). One of the main reasons I would recommend him is because he does not just throw a pain med at you, he truly searches for a solution through preventatives and abortive meds. He will take the time to listen to you and discuss things that could help.

Dr. Graves and staff are excellent. I was experiencing severe headaches everyday for seven months and had been to other specialists with limited results. After seeing Dr. Graves I was subscribed a new medication which relieved my headaches an allowed me to get back to a normal life. I highly recommend Dr. Graves.
